SO when I saw that some of these liberal antiwar folks started staying in homes of the church members....I went hmmmm? Just wondered.
PS Another thing I’ve been wondering about....If there is anyway that we could get the names of the folks arrested in those raids. Are any of them now or at another time connect to Ayers, Obama et al? Have any idea how we could find out who they were?

Activity in Kerchner v Obama & Congress Case - Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss & Supporting Brief Received (this motion was expected)

Activity in Kerchner et al v Obama & Congress et al Lawsuit -
The defendants’ motion to dismiss the lawsuit was filed today and is posted on the PACER system as Document 27. A copy of defendants’ motion and supporting brief are available in the right frame of this blog.
We all know that we have seen months of stalling from the defendants. We fully expected this dismissal motion which Obama has previously used when he was a mere candidate.
The difference now is that Obama is the putative President and not simply a candidate with a 1st Amendment right to run for political office.
As the putative President, Obama must show that he is qualified under Article II of our Constitution. We also know that Congress failed to exercise its Constitutional duty to properly vet Obama prior to confirming him as President at the Joint Session.
The motion return date is July 20, 2009. We, of course, will file opposition to their dismissal motion prior to that date.
I will comment more later after I have had a chance to fully study the motion and supporting brief in greater detail.

Thanks for the links. I am so thankful that there are patriots in this country that are not going to let this thing go. Obama and the democrats are running this country and our constitution into the ground. They don’t think they have to abide by the constitution or obey any laws. It really is quite stunning and horrifying to witness these last 5 months.
It is like watching a horror movie. One beheading of the Constitution after another. I continue to have this sick feeling in my stomach as we watch yet another right stripped away and observe another outrageous money grab take place. The whole push for diversity and multiculturalism by the libs over the past couple of decades has morphed America into a disunited conglomeration of groups looking out for their own interests. We no longer focus on what has made America strong or what unites us. The disavowal of unity has helped lead us to the mess we are in now. We no longer share common values because all values have been proclaimed relative and equal. We have been fractured and the breaks in the soul of the country are serious and traumatic for those paying attention. Obama has changed the locks on America's doors and has only made keys for himself and his cronies. In the meantime, while America fusses over Michael Jackson, the Constitution is being shredded and our nation's economy absolutely destroyed. May God have mercy on us.

It is ‘Cap and Tyranny’ ... the bill establishes power for the EPA and other czarist orgs to control every aspect of life in America under the specious guise of controlling carbon output by taxing any carbon output beyond what some government agency determines—based upon false science conclusions—what output should be allowed. Think ‘big brother’ with a green suit and a vicious streak that will be used to control individuals and whole communities under the specious guise of saving the environment. ANd 85% of the tax revenues from this monster have already been allocated to go to special interests so that the bill could get support for passage! Tyranny is trying to slip on a green suit to fool you! It will be kind of like the Green Giant looking over every shoulder and into every home, only malevolent to the max as a tool of the federal oligarchy to force compliance with arbitrary rules.
