Such issues as a smoking ban are a States Rights issue. The Constitution does not legally allow for decisions that can be made about our daily lives - on a state level = to be decided for us by Big Brother in Washington.

We need to reinstate our States Rights - and cut the activist judges off at the knee - the ones appointed by the Socialists in Washington. They illegally negate the peoples votes on a state level if the people didn't vote the way the Socialists wanted -

We need someone who understands the Constitution, who knows that we are a Republic - not a democracy (the public needs educating on that) - and that We the People, according to the Founding Fathers, are intelligent enough to determine most things for ourselves, at the state level. Tenth Amendment: "Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right,

If Huck doesn't understand that, he's not the man for the job.

If we don't get someone in the WH this election who understands this and will act upon it, we can kiss more and more freedoms - the Rights in the Constitution = goodbye.

The brownshirts are waiting, scissors in hand, to cut that one thin thread that our Constitution is hanging by.

Let them back in the WH - practice your salute: "Sieg Hitlery"

Put a pubbie in who wont reverse the tide of rule from above to rule of the People - we'll just be treading water...

This election is a "Paradigm Event"

Depends. Depends on which of two citizenship possibilities is dominant.

""Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right,"

So true. I love those words too. But for those words to be true for us, each individual must relearn how to be state citizens and get by without being US citizens except in the limited sense of 40 Cal 311.

For more details please see my tagline and follow it. If you think I'm nuts then tell me but I don't think I am.
