here's what WIOD (610 AM) needs to do: Fire Rush Limbaugh.

They can't fire him, Rush is self-employed. They can drop him, and another station will pick him up.

In a heart beat! Rush makes money for whoever airs him.

Who as a result will bring in more $$ than they do now, possibly even increasing their signal strength in the future.

Meanwhile, WIOD will not bring in so much as they are now, and may have to REDUCE signal strength in the future.

And so next year, we can have this very same dustup allllllllll over again with a different station...
