Hey DD- The Plane Crash was at the Palomar Airport in Carlsbad about 7 miles from my house! it carried 4 passengers one was from San Diego that owned a Biotech firm and the other's were from Halley Idaho.
All died upon impact, very very sad....
There was another one in Alaska. I thought I knew the pilot. Confirmed now that I did not. Still horrible.
I'm researching the Palomar crash now. Good heavens it's been a tough start to 2006.
