Yes, the truth hurts. But I don't think Wilson even knows what the Truth is anymore. He's gained so much by lying, that it's become a way of life for him. His righteous indignation about this revelation is heartfelt. He really believes his own lies now. He's a sad figure.

He's a sad figure.

True. But he's going to be even sadder if he doesn't wake up and smell the coffee.
Things will have a way of sneeaking up on him and hitting him real hard when he least expects it.
Should be a great show.

In addition, we request that you identify all persons or entitites (sic) to whom you made any claim that Ambassador Wilson revealed his wife's employment at the CIA to you."

That's an interesting request. "Please, can you tell us who you told so we can get to them and make sure our story is straight?"

Sheesh.

The funniest thing about the WND article is that Wilson's attorney, Mr. Wolf, is obviously as stupid as Joe Wilson. He gets this Email from Wilson asking if he can sue WND for their article, then evidently hits the "Foward" tab and responds to WND WITH THE ORIGINAL EMAIL FROM WILSON APPENEDED, AND EVIDENTLY DID THIS TWICE!!! Two observations on this:

1) Looks like even stupidity is susceptible to the "Like attracts Like" theory of human interaction.

2) I'd not want an attorney this stupid & careless defeding me for anything!

Vallely is such a stand up guy that I don't think he'll back down on this. However, he is also and officer and gentleman and may not want to get into the gutter with the Wilson.

Just went back looking for info on Bill Harlow, the CIA dude that Novak talked to.

Found a Wall Street Journal Article dated November 6, 2000 by Neil King, Jr. entitled "Clinton Vetoes Intelligence Spending Bill, Including Easier Prosecution of Leaks". Harlow is for tougher laws on leaks and Clinton vetoes it.

Before printing his article, Harlow talks to Novak and tells Novak he's pretty sure that Valerie won't be doing covert work anymore. He LATER checked, called Novak back and supposedly said that "she?, her work? is classified. (Who did Harlow talk to in between phone calls??

Harlow among others seem to have been the chief CIA spokesman in the article WANTING this legislation to help plug leaks......and yet, he tells Novak that Valerie probably won't be doing any more covert work???? Does that make sense??(Gosh, I hope I got this right). I think the Harlow/Novak stuff is from Harlow's testimony. I hope I'm not repeating what someone made up. Please correct me if that is the case.....gently!!

Here we go again....The dates and the people are wrong. Joe should do "homework" before he opens his mouth.

How about a letter:

Dear Joe: I'm a former anonymous source just like you who got his information from another anonymous source..YOU!! You're so busy promoting yourself, you don't know what the hell you say half the time.

Signed, "The General You Tried to Impress" in The Green Room!!

I should have said why isn't he referred too as 'Former-Ambassador''Ex' or as Major General Vallely does and use (Ret)after his name and title.

I have a title for him but don't think I'd be allowed to post it here.

" Fitzgerald isn't interested in the "outing" - his GJ was just a big perjury trap for Libby and Rove."

Ken Starr gave Clinton a heads up on the blue dress, to avoid setting a perjury trap .
Fitzgerald appears to have ignored the question of who outed Plame and instead made his mandate to discover who specifically at the White House ,discussed Plame.

" the perjury and obstruction charges are nice and neat, compartmentalized, the trial doesn't have to go into all this stuff, it will just focus on what was said and when to the GJ."

If Fitzgerald is smart, he will not bring Wilson anywhere near the trial.
Wilson was never put before the GJ.
Either Fitzgerald knew how tainted he was from the beginning and still continued with his investigation or he believed every word Wilson told him when they met in Fitzgerald's office and Wilson laid out the case.
Wonder if Jihad Joe will demand a retraction from Andrea Mitchell, also ?

Fox needs to provide its guest expert docket for the y;ears 2001-3003. Let us see when Vallaley and Wilson were scheduled on the same day. It might be inferential, but would allow us to pick apart Wilsons response. I think he protests too much.
