A funny thing happened this morning. To preface, I don't get sick and I shrug off injuries. But this morning as I was getting out of bed, I'm not sure how exactly this happened as I was still half asleep, my foot got caught on the side of the bed and I came down extremely hard on the side of my ancle. After lying on the floor for a couple of seconds I attempted to get up. By the fourth failed attempt I was fully awake and realized something was wrong. At this point I'll cut to the chase because the prescription little white pills are kicking in: torn ligament and bed rest for awhile. Talk about stuning the beeber.

I also generally don't get sick, but the flu hits me hard every time.

Oh, you poor thing! My foot hurts for you! (I slipped on wet leaves on the sidewalk while leaping for joy around noon yesterday :-). Fortunately, it hurts less today than yesterday, but you still have my deepest sympathies!
