Yes, he's released everything he has released, except for the files he has yet to release which haven't been released.
Or as he says on the trail, "we've released all the papers we have and posted them on my website". Problem is, he must have "someone else" who has the papers he hasn't released. Parsing John Kerry is as difficult as parsing what any of my teenage daughters might say.
