Islam as a faith or creed is protected by the First Amendment. However, things such as killing your daughter because she "dishonored" the family, killing an infidel who "humiliated" a Muslim, polygamy, child rape marriage, slavery, and similar activities which are permitted in Islam are forbidden by state and federal law.

I am not sure that holds water.
Saying "it is so" does not affect reality.
The commandments to enslave, pillage, fight, murder, overthrow, and conquer are all intrinsic to the creed and wear the patina of Allah's endorsement.
To be Muslim, one accepts and endorses all that is Islamic.
That makes ALL Islam insurrection, conspiracy, sedition, and incitement. That makes Islam a topic of debatable legal position.
