The point is that the prosecution did not PROVE DW's guilt beyond a REASONABLE doubt. He may very well be guilty, but the burden of proof was on the prosecution, and they failed miserably.
Your reprehensible behavior on these threads over the past several months, and your obnoxious arrogance in the face of reasoned opinion has marked you forever more as someone not to be trusted or listened to. As for your condescending note to FresnoDA at the beginning of this thread, you were never considered a leader of the discussion. You were, however, earmarked as a garrulous, obstructive, and demeaning interloper. Enjoy your hollow victory and potential execution. Both seem quite apropos.

Not to you maybe, but to me and the jury it was guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
The majority of the pedodefenders that populate these van Dam threads wouldn't have been convinced of guilt, even if they would have been present at the time of the murder.
