The only “more perfect union” is referred to in the preamble but neither defined or given legal status by the Constitution. It is a concept, not a part of or legal entity of the Constituion.
It is a construct of your mind, but not anything that actually comprised or took the place of anything.

Glad you agree that “more perfect union” in the constitution replaced the ‘perpetual union’ of the articles of confederation.
