If a ‘late registration’ COLB was applied for in Hawaii by someone on behalf of Obama then they simply might have accepted this date as his date of birth as given by whoever made the application.

They sure would have accepted the date! Can you imagine some official in Hawaii sitting down and calculating the correct date! It is an absurd postulation.
