New FReepers are welcome and certainly may post, it’s just that a n00b is statistically more likely to be a troll and we take that into account.

You know I love and respect you, nully, but, as I said a few times on this thread...a new guy was banned a few days ago because he posted the very same birth certificate posted on this thread today. He was merely asking FReepers their opinion of it. I think it’s rather immature to label everyone a troll just because they’re new.
