I think she has a career as a back up singer. A serious one that would support her better that she is now.

She can sing but she needs to learn how to refine her. Kind of like a kid who can throw a fastball 98 mph but hasn’t figured out a change or curveball. Once she gets some practice in with a good vocal coach she will be fine.

I've had an account with them for 6 years and I've never had any problem .... There's been a lot of high-wind damage here the last couple of days, power going off and on. Maybe that has something to do with it. I don't know.

Hi Jonny. Just got home...hope you're still here. Telephone outages are rare as compared to other utilities. You may want to check if there was an outage that affected other customers in your locality. If not, there could be something wrong with the line going into your house, or with the line your phone, or the phone itself.
