Yes. It was Ruben Trapenberg that stated the FBI would not be allowed to assist in the investigation. He stated that the US would not allow Aruban investigators to work in your country. Does he know what the word assist means. A real a**hole and could be part of a possible coverup.
It seems to me, with as much drug money, etc. passing through that island, the powers that be would make sure they had their people in every position that they could possibly be needed. Total control.
