Again, that's what it comes down to - the Courts, all the way up the chain, disagree with you on this point.
And you've already stated that her wishes are immaterial - what matters is that you don't want her to die.
Maybe I was wrong to say her wishes are immaterial. I can see now that a blanket statement such as that doesn't lead us to any more justice than we are getting now.
I find a lot of fault in the findings of fact with respect to her wishes, and her condition, and the impossibility of any sort of review of those facts, even after it was so ordered by Congress and signed by the President. I also find a lot of fault in her husband having authority over her when he has so clearly started a new life that cannot include her. These things are sticking in my craw, so to speak.
