This case has been going on for 15 years. People who have not testified under oath and been subject to cross examination have NO credibility.

In 2002, the Schindlers were permitted to call two doctors to represent their side. MS had 2 doctors and the court appointed one.

The Schindlers chose two alternative medicine doctors. If you would like more information on just how pathetic their standing in the medical community is, I'll be happy to provide the links and documentation.

Further, the Schindlers were given every latitude with regard to call witnesses...nurses, therapists, etc. They did not call any of those supposed people on the affidavit list circulating the internet with the exception of Carla or Carly. You have to ask yourself if in 2002, 12 years after Terri's cardiac arrest, if she was doing so well, the Schindlers didn't notice. Hello!!!

They testified under oath they knew she was PVS. WHich is the opposite of what they say on television, of course.

Oh, and another freeper has found through a nursing registry that a couple of those supposed "nurses" aren't really nurses at all.

See, there's the problem. The judge simply chose to hear only the testimony of those favorable to the husband's case. Despite a notarized affidavit from the nurse, her testimony was not taken.

I was just providing a link in response to a question about whether or not Terri sat in a chair. :-)
