I've got a news flash about "certified nurse assistants"-- and this is from personal experience multiple times. These women [and men] are not your highly educated folk-- if you get my drift. Not only are they not highly educated, they are frequently barely educated. [This is not intended to be a blanket statement about ALL of them-- just many of them.]

Your not telling me anything. In the hablitation center where I was a case manager we had the equivalent of habilitation aides. Smites I felt like I spent half my time in disciplinary hearings trying to get them to do the jobs they were supposed to do. My unit was the profound ward. My clients were slightly higher functioning than Terri. I have held my piece on a lot of things that have been said because I don't want to fight useless fights. 12 of 15 either had g-tubes or j-tubes. The RN's replaced the g-tubes as needed.
