The judges and politicians in Florida have been getting death threats, and wanted posters have been put up against them. The politicians and Judges who didn't vote the way the protestors wanted are all under police protection right now according to the NY Daily News.
Exactly, besides the Doctor would have left his b*tt hanging out in the wind. He has a duty to report if he thinks abuse has taken place. Failure to do so would incriminate the hospital. A blow that serious would have caused that much damage would have to be classified as abuse. Besides wouldn't she have still been in ICU/CCU or at least a telemtry unit where her vital signs being monitored.
