There isn't a downside. I'm just saying that we should hold to constitutional government and you won't have stadiums being financed by the public, again, unless it's part of a lease that brings in revenue.

But that has nothing to do with me enjoying sport.

You're right, we should spend more on building race tracks. Nascar fans are always well behaved (except those in Talladega). :)
