He did? Yeah the guy in the hat should get a permenant boot from the Palace and charges.. He deserved the shot from Artest that he got.

ESPN just replayed the entire incident from the time of Wallace's thuggery on the court to it's conclusion without any editing. (as originally aired)
I wasn't able to tell from the ESPN video who actually tossed the cup that "started" it.
