Think about it. Does it make sense? No! You're working already with a bogus Social Security number. A simple W-4 form could list N-number of dependents that wipe out withholding. Have the laws changed and you cannot do that any longer?
Nevertheless that only affects the few that are even bothering to obtain bogus documents.
I am just now starting at the top to read the replies. Maybe the W-4 question has been answered.
What would happen to an American who might try something like this? Are there rewards for felony document fraud or do we just get punished for this crime?
