If the ribbon obscures the barcode, it has to be scanned by hand. I use yellow electrical tape around the ends of the handle where they attach to the bag. No danglers, therefore no problem.

Mo, the pubbies just don’t want Trump to have a second term. If Trump were an establishment pubbie, they would support him with great (feigned) conviction!
In order to resuscitate the expired statute of limitations on a misdemeanor, Bragg had to point to another crime it was covering up. The law appears to have been written so that it can be applied to a crime proven in another jurisdiction. However, Bragg claimed the DA didn’t have to prove, or even specify, the covered up crime - meaning that in this case the misdemeanor was elevated to a elony due to a mere accusation by innuendo.
The lack of police involvement doesn’t bother me much. The lack of specificity in the charges bothers me a lot.
They claimed they didn’t have to prove the felony underlying the misdemeanor that elevates the misdemeanor to a felony. He didn’t have to be convicted of a second offense, but mere allegations are enough to allow the misdemeanor to be elevated because orange man bad.

Biden said, “It could get a lot worse under a Trump presidency. I mean, you have to believe him when he uses words like dictator, bloodbath, third term, violence. We’ve seen it so when he says these words, believe him. Don’t think this isn’t going to happen.”
When the media ask a question link "People say you will be a dictator. How do you respond to that?", it's hard to answer without using the word 'dictator'.
Mark Levin was quoting a former supreme court clerk - I forget the guys name - who is one of the best lawyers Levin sayd he knows. The issue comes down to several violations of the Bill of Rights, I think.
