Huzzah! I have found my way back to FR after a long hiatus. I've had other ids here - one got hijacked and the other I can't remember the password.

My name is Jennifer & I currently live in Naperville. I am divorced and have a wonderful little girl. My bf Mike is in Iraq :( He was just home for my birthday in August, which was nice. He fought in Gulf War I as active duty and is over there as a government contractor this time to help the transition from our troops doing everything to the civilians picking up the slack.

I'm an IT professional and do everything from coding to project management to tech writing to business analyst. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I earned a Masters in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2007. I am currently pursuing a second Masters degree in Project Management.

My hobbies include: making quilts, supporting American contractors in Iraq, and performing stand up comedy when I can. I also am creating a self-publishing storefront called Parakeet Street Publishing. I don't do much in politics anymore other than give opinion. Mike, Vicki, and I have 16 parakeets and 2 cats. The cats are outnumbered. I speak French and German.
