I publicly acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. I believe the Bible to be the Word of God, inerrant in the autographs and reliably preserved by His grace to this day. I accept the claim that the Bible is "...profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. (2 Ti 3:16)" I serve as an elder in my local assembly of believers because I have been called to minister as a shepherd and a teacher. I am totally dependent upon my Lord for the strength and spiritual gifts for this ministry.

I am also trained in polymer physics, microscopy, and image analysis and am thankful for interesting employment that has provided for my needs and those of my family. I enjoy scientific programming to solve problems in image analysis and materials characterization.
