I am just a rather nondescript German, a practicing Protestant Christian, a historian by training and an employee by profession. Yes, and I have to confess to loving my nation, just the same way as I love my family.

I have always loved and admired America for her freedom and commitment to civic and democratic values, and I am deeply concerned about the state she is in at the moment and about the administration she is presently saddled with. Oh, and perhaps you might also like to know that I am 100% pro-Israel and 100% pro-life.

Among my interests there are history (obviously), languages, geography, various cultures, philosophy, theology, art, classical music, and so on all the way to engineering, especially motorcars and building and maintaining roads. Thus, you know the origin of my nickname as well :-)
