I have stayed from the personal side but I remembered that this was the anniversary of two of the worst things that the Left ever did.
I lived on Fell St,, on the Golden Gate Park Panhandle, and my neighborhood was rocked by the Feb. 16, 1970 Weather Underground bombing at the Stanyan St. Police Station where Sgt. Brian McConnell was murdered by Bill Ayres’ wife, Bernardine Dohrn.
That summer, I moved back to Brighton, Mass., a half-block away from the State Street Bank & Trust Company, the site of Sept. 24, 1970 bank robbery pulled the the left-wing Students for the Democratic Society in which Ptl. Walter A. Schroeder was murdered.
I lived seven months apart and within 100 yards of both horrible murders perpetrated by the Left.
