I was born in Chicago and lived on south and north sides. My family moved out of the city to Naperville, IL and I spent much of my youth growing up there. My family moved again to Kansas City while I was in high school and I lived in Overland Park, KS. I went to college and worked for about 15 years in the area. While in Kansas City, I got involved in Missouri politics and was active for many years, mostly during the 90's and early 00's. I recently moved to the Washingtong DC area 4+ years ago, and so far, so good.

I am in the information technology industry and have background in consulting, health care, telecommunications, government, and national defense. I like to exercise and actively play sports. I am also a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve, which I joined after 911.
