Dozens of American special operations forces will arrive in Syria "very soon," as promised by President Barack Obama's administration, a senior official said Sunday.

Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan says the country will take delivery of Russian-made S-300 surface-to-air missile defense system by the end of the year.
