The IDF Spokesman has released a chart showing how many suicide attacks have been attempted, and how many have been carried out, over the past three years. Sample numbers: October 2003 - no fewer than 22 thwarted attacks, and 2 successful ones; November 2002, as well as January and May 2003 - 19 thwarted attacks each.
