The Nevada caucus is currently underway as voters pull for their GOP candidate of choice, but it appears things are looking a little sketchy. Almost Democrat levels of sketch.

Several well-funded organizations -- including the League of Women Voters and the NAACP -- are fighting efforts to prevent non-citizens from voting illegally in the upcoming presidential election. And the United States Department of Justice, under the direction of Attorney General Loretta Lynch, is helping them. On February 12, these groups filed a lawsuit in D.C. federal court seeking to reverse a recent decision by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). The Commission's decision allows Kansas and other states, including Arizona and Georgia, to enforce state laws ensuring that only citizens register to vote when they use a federally designed...

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach on Monday unveiled a plan that would require counties to perform audits of voting equipment for all elections starting in 2017. The proposal would provide for a percentage of precincts or districts to be manually audited after election day election day and before the vote is certified by county officials.

Voter ID laws have been challenged because liberal Democrats deem them racist. I guess that's because they see blacks as being incapable of acquiring some kind of government-issued identification. Interesting enough is the fact that I've never heard of a challenge to other ID requirements as racist, such as those: to board a plane, open a charge account, have lab work done or cash a welfare check. The San Francisco district attorney’s office is investigating allegations of voter fraud in low-income housing operated by the Chinatown Community Development Center. The Asian Pacific Democratic Club last week filed a complaint with the city’s Department of Elections after hearing several accounts from elderly Chinese voters about having their ballots taken by a pair of women who support former Supervisor Aaron Peskin in his campaign to unseat Supervisor Julie Christensen.
