I, Just This Week purchased a Vizio V-Series 50” HDR Smart tv. (V505-G9) Here is my problem. I'll be watching a program and the screen will shut off. (goes black) There will still be sound but no picture! Sometimes it happens when changing the channel!

Back in 2015, we covered how Vizio was using its new smart TVs to gather data on the viewing habits of all US customers, then sending that data back to itself to sell to third party advertising companies. What made the breach of customer trust particularly egregious was the fact that Vizio was doing this whether the end-user agreed to it or not. While the company patched that specific problem after it was publicly disclosed by third parties, the FTC opened an investigation into the company’s behavior more generally. Samsung's got some new friends in its legal battle against Apple -- including farmers, African American small businesses and an electronics retailer. Legal experts, nonprofit organizations and technology companies have filed amicus or "friend of the court" briefs in support of Samsung, urging the US Supreme Court to consider the patent-infringement case. They want the nation's highest court to better define design patents and limit the damages that can be awarded. And they're using Apple v. Samsung as the case that hopefully gets the federal government to enact patent reforms, preventing so-called patent trolls from cashing in on intellectual property....

Can anyone help me with a Vizio Razor that won't connect to the internet? Vizio has been no help during the past 60 days of calls. On my 2nd TV and still no luck getting it connected to my network. Now they want me to replace my router or send back both tv sets with no refund offered.
