Officers' safety during sniper attacks investigated Montgomery County Police Chief Charles Moose is facing new criticism -- but this time, it's not about his book deal. W-U-S-A T-V reports that the county's Fraternal Order of Police is investigating questions about officers' safety during last fall's sniper shootings.
