I attended the first election, and it appeared to show that the city is honestly trying to listen to the people. Whether it will like what they have to say is another question.     To read the (very long) article, click on the link. I have written a letter to the Weekly in response to the article that appears below. I'd like to hear your comments on the letter before I send it out. You spend a lot of time talking about identity, but this isn't about identity. I seriously doubt that our identity will change significantly, whether the Valley becomes a political city or not. For example, right now, I can say I live in the Valley. But even that is too large a sphere for identity; I live in Woodland Hills, South...
