Harass? Since when is enforcement of the law “harassment”?

Since laws against pot are unconstitutional in the pre-New Deal and especially pre-Progressive era Supreme Court understanding of the Commerce and other clauses of the Constitution. All enforcement of pot laws is harassment and tyranny. (If you buy the justification of pot laws, you buy the underpinning of all post-New Deal tyranny. Unfortunately, even Justice Scalia falls into that self-contradiction and that's why it is so hard to fix. If you want to ban pot AND tyranny, do it the right way and return to the original Commerce Clause jurisprudence AND pass a Pot Prohibition amendment.)

He has some problems in AZ, too. Trial date set for March 2010, drugs and weapons charges.

What is wrong with community service? We should all do what we can to help those who are less fortunate. It is our job, not the governments! Ron Paul is the first RINO I ever knew. He was a Republican Congressman, left to be a Libertarian Presidential canidate, and then came back to the republicans to get elected to Congress, now to me that is an opportunist and a RINO. I will never vote for him again, the only time I ever voted for him was when he was my Congressman in the 80’s, and I now regret that.

The Republican party was founded on the principle of ending the “Two Great Barbarisms - Polygamy and Slavery”.

It would be good if the Copenhagen meeting had considered the real problems of the world.
