(Reuters) - Nine Nobel Peace laureates, including retired South African Archbishop Desmond Tutu, on Monday called on television network NBC to cancel its "Stars Earn Stripes" reality show, calling it a bid to "sanitize war by likening it to an athletic competition." NBC is premiering a new competition show later this summer, bringing the likes of Sarah Palin‘s husband Todd Palin and singer Nick Lachey together— with former Army General and Democratic presidential hopeful Wesley Clark as co-host.
