The biggest soap opera of 2009-10 has a new episode. An obscure DUI arrest last October in Florida is getting attention now that Alyse Lahti Johnston is rumored to be Tiger Woods' new girlfriend. Terez Owens Online broke the story about Woods' supposed new girlfriend over the weekend, saying the couple had been dating for several months and were recently spotted together on his yacht. Radar Online called Alyse "a stunning blonde (who) is a dead ringer for Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren. At just 22, she is 13 years younger than the golfing superstar." Radar Online says she is a...

In his third featured interview this year, former megachurch pastor Ted Haggard asks why it is so hard for the Church to live out its teachings on forgiveness and restoration, noting that the secular world is doing a better job at this than Christians. "The differentiation between the Church and everybody else is that we should respond with restoration, healing, hope to people's sin condition, our sin condition. We're losing that right now," he argues in a new video interview with Lifetree Café, a Christian-based network of local discussion groups. He expresses frustration over his observation that many celebrities –...

The largely expat gallery had flocked to the Omega Dubai Desert Classic to see Woods win for the first time in more than a year. Instead, what they got for their money was an exhibition of spitting by Woods that might yet receive a rebuke from the European Tour to match that of Sky commentator Ewen Murray, who gave him both barrels on air.

Tiger Woods: How I’ve Redefined Victory Last November, everything I thought I knew about myself changed abruptly, and what others perceived about me shifted, too. I had been conducting my personal life in an artificial way—as if detached from the values my upbringing had taught, and that I should have embraced. The physical pain from that car accident has long healed. But the pain in my soul is more complex and unsettling; it has been far more difficult to ease—and to understand. But this much is obvious now: my life was out of balance, and my priorities were out of...

Cigar Guy's secret identity has been revealed, and in the end, the truth was right in front of our faces all along. Cigar Guy is, of course, the mysterious grinning stranger in the corner of that famous Daily Mail Tiger Woods photo from the Ryder Cup last week. Wearing what appeared to be a turban and smoking a cigar the size of a small tree, the absurdly out-of-place Cigar Guy kicked off a worldwide Internet game of Photoshop one-upsmanship.

A golf fan who appeared in a remarkable photo taken by a Mail photographer has become an internet sensation after appearing on MailOnline. The man is pictured flamboyantly wearing a ginger-coloured wig, fake moustache and chomping on a large cigar, in tribute to iconic Spanish golfer Miguel Angel Jimenez. The incredible photo, which was taken by Mail On Sunday photographer Mark Pain, showed the ball heading at high speed straight towards the camera after world golf number one Tiger Woods misjudged a fairway shot at the Ryder Cup on Saturday.

A photographer for the Daily Mail got an amazing picture at the Ryder Cup of Tiger Woods flubbing a shot headed directly at the camera. He didn't duck and Tiger's golf ball actually hit the lens — but not before the image was captured midflight. The photo has been seen around the world. But that's not what's captivating the Web. It's the amazingly unique look of the fan standing just to the right of Tiger's shoulder, chomping on a cigar, wearing a turban-like brown hat, and sporting a thick, Groucho Marx–style mustache. The spectator just steals the show. And just...

Tiger Woods's feudal right to rule the roost can no longer be sustained when he gets duffed up quite as badly as this. The sight of Tiger giving of his best and finding it consistently and dazzlingly bettered by a man who, if he can forgive the imagery, really now ought to be dubbed 'Son of Monty' almost beggared belief as well as triggering the explosion of joy which ignited this great European comeback.

Should Tiger be included on the Ryder Cup Team? Is he a former PGA phenom? Without question. Did he have an exceptional 2010 season? No, he had a decidedly lackluster 2010 season. Was he the first African-American golfer to achieve superstar status and retain it over several seasons? Aha! I think that could be the key! When we put together an Olympic hockey or soccer team, we don’t select a player who is the first Croatian-American who plays a mediocre hockey or soccer game, and who happens to be grappling with some emotional problems. No, we go for the guys...

The revelations that once seemed to come daily have now largely stopped. No more mistresses have stepped forward, and no more apologies are necessary. Nine months after the secret world of Tiger Woods was laid bare, even the tabloids and celebrity websites seem to have lost interest. The only real questions left are how much his wife will get in a divorce and when she will get it.

Defending champion Tiger Woods, right, continued to struggle on the golf course during the opening round of the Bridgestone Invitational on Thursday in Akron, Ohio. Woods, ranked No. 1 in the world and seven-time winner of the event, missed nine of 14 fairways and needed 32 putts at Firestone Country Club as he posted a four-over-par 74, 10 shots off the pace of first-round leader Bubba Watson. Phil Mickelson is in a four-way tie for second, two shots behind Watson at four-under 66. Also tied for second are Kenny Perry, Adam Scott and Graeme McDowell.

| Print Article | | Share July 19, 2010We know more about the Tiger Woods sex scandal than our own presidentMonty Pelerin The cornerstone of a democracy or any representative government is an informed public. The U.S. Founding Fathers recognized the importance of an enlightened citizenry and saw fit to codify it in the very First Amendment. How important they considered the press is apparent when is is recognized that they provided it equal protection to religion, freedom of speech, assembly and petition: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or...

ROSEMONT, Ill.- Organizers of a pornography industry expo in the Chicago area said the event will feature appearances from alleged mistresses of Tiger Woods and Jesse James. Mike Wittenberg of New York state-based Taboo Productions, which is putting on Exxxtacy 2010 in Rosemont, said the convention will feature appearances by alleged Tiger Woods mistresses Joslyn James, Devon James and Holly Sampson, who have all appeared in porn films, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday. "Their appeal is that they've been in the news," said Wittenberg, who said alleged mistresses of Sandra Bullock's estranged husband, Jesse James, will also be in attendance....

Despite reports that Tiger Wood's wife, Elin Nordegren, would get $750 million in her split from the golfer, it looks like she'll be getting a much smaller -- albeit substantial -- payout. TMZ reports that Nordegren will get $100 million dollars. In exchange, she has agreed to a confidentiality clause -- meaning no books or interviews discussing her relationship with Woods or his alleged affairs. The $100 million figure is much less than their pre-nup stipulated, according to TMZ, but Nordegren may have wanted to avoid a possible trial. Nordegren will also likely receive substantial child support payments for the...

TMZ has learned ... Elin Nordegren will walk away from her marriage with Tiger Woods with approximately $100 million. As one source with direct knowledge of the terms of the divorce tells TMZ, "She'll be getting close to $100,000,000." There have been reports Elin would score $750 million, but we have confirmed that figure is wrong. Indeed, as we first reported, Tiger is not even worth $750 million. We're told his net worth is somewhere between $500 and $600 million.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa., July 2, 2010 – The pressure of driving iron through sand, running from bunker to bunker or getting near troubled woods while desperately trying not to hit innocent civilians is nothing new for most combat veterans. After sinking a birdie putt to place his team in the lead for the AT&T National Pro-Am at Aronomink Country Club in Newtown Square, Pa., Tiger Woods gives his gratitude and a hearty fist bump to Air Force Chief Master George Vasiloff of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, June 30, 2010.
