FYI: I came across these videos this morning made by The Patriot Nurse. I'm not sure if they've been posted to FR before, but I did look through the archives as best I could. I've watched a couple of them. There are a few on You Tube made by this woman. Just passing along for those interested. I think she gives some good ideas.
