On Thursday, 20-year-old Mahad Abdiaziz Adbiraham pleaded guilty to stabbing two men at the Mall of America. The incident occurred on Nov. 12, where authorities say he stabbed two brothers in a dressing room at the mall's Macy's. A former college student from Minneapolis has been charged with intentionally setting four fires at St. Catherine’s University in St. Paul to avenge Muslims killed in US bombings in the Middle East. A criminal complaint alleges 19-year-old Tnuza Jamal Hassan confessed to investigators she started the fires on Wednesday because she had been reading about the US military destroying schools in Iraq or Afghanistan and felt she should do the same thing. Hours after three shootings resulted in a trooper shot and the suspect killed, police have released additional details about the shooter. Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico identified the shooter as 51-year-old Ahmed Aminamin El-Mofty at a news conference late Friday night. Authorities have arrested a 26-year-old man connected to the Islamic State (ISIS) who was allegedly plotting a terrorist attack in San Francisco over the Christmas holiday. The FBI reports that they arrested Everitt Aaron Jameson, a truck driver from Modesto, California. He referred to himself as Abdallah adu Everitt ibn Gordon.
