A Kansas teen who refused to apologize to Gov. Sam Brownback for an insulting tweet got an apology today from the governor himself for his staff’s “over-reaction.” An unpleasant tweet by Emma Sullivan, 18, was flagged by Brownback’s staff last week. SPRINGDALE — A Fairfield woman was indicted Friday by a Hamilton County grand jury in the fatal shooting of a Princeton High School football player. Tiana Sullivan, 22, was indicted on charges of murder and aggravated robbery, according to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts website. Police say Sullivan shot 18-year-old Lamar Williams around 3 a.m. July 20 while fleeing the scene of an armed robbery at the Willows Apartments on Chesterdale Court in Springdale.
