The background to this 30-minute film is that about two years ago, director Bob Parks (http://www.black-and-right.com/) and I got a small grant to develop a demo/pilot DVD based on my book, A Patriot's History of the United States. I chose the Reagan chapter, specifically his "Star Wars" speech. The resulting film is "Reagan: The Cold War and a Speech."
