7,000 are dead in Mexico in drug related crimes since America went to war in Iraq. It’s safe if you aren’t running drugs, if you aren’t giving the Vice Lords an opportunity to study your moves, when you go to the bank, when you get paid, how much. For someone driving through town, it’s probably safer.
