Vice President-elect Mike Pence said Sunday that Mitt Romney is under "active consideration" to serve as secretary of State in a Donald Trump administration. "The president-elect was very grateful that the Gov. Mitt Romney came out," Pence said on "Fox News Sunday." "They had a good meeting. It was a warm and a substantive exchange."
