When you think about racial equality and civil rights, which political party comes to mind? The Republicans? Or, the Democrats? Most people would probably say the Democrats. But this answer is incorrect. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_a7dQXilCo

Actor Antonio Sabato Jr. is running for Congress, challenging Rep. Julia Brownley (D-Westlake Village), who represents the southern central coast and most of Ventura County, according to documents filed with the Federal Election Commission on Monday. Attempts to reach the Republican candidate were unsuccessful Monday, but GOP strategist Charles Moran, who will serve as Sabato’s fundraiser, confirmed the run. Strategist Jeff Corless will serve as a top adviser. Sabato is a longtime actor best known for roles in “General Hospital” and “Melrose Place” and as a model for Calvin Klein underwear. In recent years he has appeared in several reality...

In a possible breakthrough for U.S. Republicans' effort to roll back Obamacare, the House of Representatives plans to hold a vote Thursday on compromise legislation, potentially ending a logjam that has delayed advancing President Donald Trump's campaign promise to repeal the law. The decision to hold a vote comes after key moderate lawmakers met with Trump on Wednesday and said a revised bill might win approval as conservatives voiced no objections. House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy said Republican leadership is confident there is enough support for the bill to pass.

Rush Limbaugh is a marketing/entertainment/semi-conservative genius. He deliberately asked the question "Why would anyone want to vote Republican?" knowing the desperate Democrats & media propagandists would jump on it to TRY to discourage people from voting Republican. The leftist liberals swallowed the bait whole as Rush played sound bite after sound bite of liberals quoting Rush as having questioned Trump. As they claw to swim to the top of the political pool in which they are drowning and gasp for air, they fell for it hook, line and sinker. ROFL.

Democrat Congressional Candidate and Georgia darling, Jon Ossoff paid human smugglers operating across Europe approximately $2,000. Everyday we learn more and more about this young Democrat who was foisted onto Georgians by outside money. We also just reported that Ossoff didn’t vote in the 2012 election. He claims he couldn’t vote because he was abroad. Yeah ok, makes sense! Someone who was involved in human smuggling shouldn’t be able to run for office, but since he’s a Democrat, this will probably get swept under the rug.

A Superior-native is hoping to become a rarity in Massachusetts politics in 2018 — a Republican serving in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Who is Democrat, Jon Ossoff? He is a thirty year old, extreme left-wing, progressive, "Hate America" Democrat, who is gay, LGTB or trans gender. Nothing wrong with any of that, but....he is far from being congress person suitable material. He truly belongs in the company of failed felons, criminals, bigots, America haters like Democrats, Obama, Clinton, Schumer, Pelosi, Rice, Jarrett, Lerner, Warren, Sanders, and "all" the other nutcases in the "adrift", with no purpose" Democrat Party, who mission in life is destroy the American Republic!!! End of story!!! Every single "legal" voter in the 6th CD of Georgia, whether Democrat,...

Gov. Robert Bentley (R) stepped down after being charged with two campaign and ethics violations on the same day that state lawmakers opened impeachment hearings against him. Bentley has fought for more than a year against allegations that he used public resources to carry out and conceal an affair with his former top aide. According to the state's attorney general office, Bentley pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges related to covering up the alleged affair, one for failing to file a major contribution report and another for knowingly converting campaign contributions to personal use. This is a developing story. It...

Two republican lawmakers are about to present a bill calling for the unpopular FATCA tax reporting law’s repeal. USA lawmakers have scheduled a first hearing on April 26 for a bill requesting the repeal of the controversial and much-disliked FATCA legislation. Republican anti-FATCA campaigners Senator Rand Paul and Representative Mark Meadows are determined to end the chaos caused to USA expats and overseas financial institutions since the unpopular legislation was introduced. Should the house vote for repeal, the FATCA legislation underpinning the Internal Revenue Service’s links with foreign governments will be a thing of the past. In a letter to...

I reported earlier on the brutal rape of a 14 year old girl at a Maryland school by two illegal men. The 14 year old was actually attending class with the two illegals, who were ages 16 and 18. Now we have an interesting development that might give teachers, students, and parents hope in protecting their children and students against the travesty happening within our schools concerning illegals. Illegal immigration is in fact obviously, “illegal.” If you break the law, you have to face the consequences. The David Horowitz Freedom Center wants Judge Janet Napolitano, the former head of Homeland...

House GOP lawmakers are preparing to try to fulfill their promise to repeal Obamacare ... or major portions of it. The House is set to vote on the legislation, called the American Health Care Act, on Friday. Republican leaders have already made several changes to placate both conservatives and moderates, but a number of members in both chambers remain concerned. So a lot may change before it reaches President Trump's desk. Critics have ranged from conservative Republicans to insurers to the AARP. Conservatives complain that the bill does not fully repeal Obamacare and that many provisions are too similar to...

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Oklahoma state senator was booked Thursday on child prostitution charges for allegedly hiring a 17-year-old boy for sex, leading to calls for his resignation and a separate internal investigation into his years of work with a youth program. Ralph Shortey, a 35-year-old conservative Republican who has a wife and three young daughters, surrendered to authorities on charges of engaging in child prostitution, transporting a minor for prostitution and engaging in prostitution within 1,000 feet of a church. He was released after about two hours on a $100,000 bond. "I have no comment at this time,...

There was no press honeymoon for President Trump during his first month in office. A meticulous new study by the Media Research Center finds that 88 percent of the broadcast news coverage of Mr. Trump and his team was “hostile” during the first 30 days of office. The coverage was intense and plentiful. The study, which analyzed both tone and content for evening newscasts on ABC, NBC and CBS, found that the “Big Three” networks produced 16 hours of coverage on the new president and his staff. That is over half — 54 percent — of their total coverage for...

A faculty member at California State University, Fullerton has been suspended after striking a College Republicans member during a campus protest earlier this month. The altercation occurred Feb. 8 as pro-Palestine students and counter-protesters marched peacefully through campus. Anthropology part-time lecturer Eric Canin reportedly approached the group of counter-protesters — many of them being CSUF College Republicans members — and tried to rip a sign out of a student’s hand. Mr. Canin was accused of then striking another student who tried to step between them. The group’s president, Chris Boyle, said he witnessed the hit and proceeded to restrain Mr....

Union leaders in California continued a protest even after neighbors and police informed them they were at the wrong house because their target, Rep. Steve Knight (R., Calif.), had moved away months ago. The group of over 50 protestors, who arrived in Service Employees International Union (SEIU) vans, carried a fake coffin to the house to send a message that Knight's votes in Congress were "killing" them, according to a report in the local Antelope Valley Press. Police arrived at the scene to alert the union protestors that they were in the wrong place, but the activists—who had already been...

Protests breaking out at GOP town hall meetings could stop Republican lawmakers from fully repealing the Affordable Care Act, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) said on Thursday. "I don't know if we're going to be able to repeal Obamacare now because these folks who support Obamacare are very active," Brooks said during an interview on "The Morning Show with Toni and Gary" radio program, highlighted by CNN. "They're putting pressure on congressmen and there's not a counter-effort to steel the spine of some of these congressmen in tossup districts around the country," he continued. Brooks said that Republican lawmakers might not...
