Judicial Watch today released new State Department emails (one batch of 103 pages, the second of 138 pages) that again appear to contradict statements by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department and that she did not use her clintonemail.com system until March 18, 2009. Judicial Watch recently released Clinton State Department emails dating from February 2009 that also call into question her statements about her emails.

The Clinton campaign came out with a new attack ad against Trump that features a number of Republicans trash-talking him. Let’s evaluate it for persuasiveness... On an emotional level, I experienced a wave of pity for Clinton while watching the ad. I mean that literally. Her advisers seem blind to the tools of persuasion. Other people who were blind to Trump’s powers of persuasion include Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush, and Carly Fiorina. None of them will be your next president.

In the remaining primaries Bing is forecasting that Trump will lose one state Nebraska and if you look at the Bing polling for Nebraska Cruz is at 41.9% and Trump at 40.9%. Nebraska could go for Trump looking at how he is trending lately. Bing is projecting that Trump ends up with 1366 delegates not too far off from what the Trump people are forecasting at 1400.

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a Democrat, will sign an order Friday restoring the voting rights of more than 200,000 felons in the state. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reported that the unprecedented move will also allow felons living in Virginia to sit on a jury, serve in elected office, or become a notary. The order will effectively restore the civil rights of both nonviolent and violent felons who have served their time in prison and completed parole.
