A final vote may not come until Tuesday. The Rules Committee, the body that decides what amendments will and not be considered on H.R. 3962 is meeting now. In the wake of yesterday's mass murder/terror attack at Ft Hood, speculation continues as to the motive, given the government's unwillingness to classify the act as terror related. While it seems obvious that terror was the plan, and that the terror was based on Islamic religious beliefs, it's also possible that there was another, entirely unrelated cause - this may be the first ever incident of terrorism associated with disappointment in Obama's broken campaign promises.
