The College Blueprint for a Totalitarian America The battle over freedom on campus is the battle for freedom in America. May 12, 2017 Daniel Greenfield Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is a New York writer focusing on radical Islam. There is a place in America where civil rights don’t exist. The First Amendment doesn’t apply. Neither does the Sixth Amendment. (Never mind the Second.) Not only Freedom of Speech, but Freedom of Association (NAACP v. Alabama) is under fire. Snowflakes. Oversensitive. We’ve all heard those accusations leveled at college students. Are millennial college students really...

Michael Savage famously said that liberalism is a mental disorder. I think it is more precise to say that liberalism is a cult. Isolation, threats and routine shaming all serve to silence cult members who cross them, exactly as happens with political correctness. The dreaded label of racist or bigot chills most opposition. Those closest to you will ostracize you for expressing an incorrect view, exactly as in a cult. Eventually, the inclination is to censor what you not only say but what you think. Most people upon being intimidated will rein in their perceptions and even their curiosity because...

What in the world has happened to the United States? We are rapidly getting to the point where political correctness is in danger of becoming our national religion. Of course most people would not even call it a “religion”, but for most Americans this unwritten set of rules shapes everything that they think, do and say. Many had been hoping that the spell of political correctness would be broken by the election of Donald Trump, but that obviously has not happened. The forces of political correctness still have a stranglehold on our education system, on all forms of entertainment, on...

Katy Perry's single 'Chained to the Rhythm’ chastises her “wasted zombie” fans as she promises her new album will be “pop with a purpose” as she’s now a “political activist.” She will perform her noise pollution tonight at the Grammys. These leftists are all losing their little minds. Kat Perrty is just another snowflake.

(snip) Therefore doctors should not use the expression expectant mothers but expectant people, for fear of offending all the pregnant transsexuals. Whether anyone has ever met an expectant transsexual offended by the term expectant mother is not stated; nor is the possibility aired that, if such a being actually existed, he or she should simply be told not to be so silly. The BMA now lives, or wants to live, in a world in which taking offense is its own justification: The offended, or yet-to-be offended, have taken over from the victims as the world’s heroes. In the BMA’s brave...

Here is the better version, now compare to the actual commercial we all saw during the Super Bowl which is beloww this one. Much better huh! Videos (original and remix on site)

I know many of you will be boycotting the Big Game today, which is certainly understandable given the NFL’s temporary devolution into political correctness. We, however, will be gathering with Raj’s clan to watch the Super Bowl as has been the family tradition for 51 years. Since 1967 all of the 9 siblings who were either in town or within driving distance have gathered at Casa Raj to watch the Super Bowl, cheer for their favorite team, diss the refs and otherwise carry on like typical football fans. Mom would make a pot of chili and a pot of her famous...

Certain politically-correct refugee religious backgrounds are preferred while others are essentially ignored. And in almost no instance are the refugees properly-vetted Having long admired your home as a place of peace and a comfortable living, a hungry man unlawfully breaks and enters and, his admiration having been confirmed, decides to take up residence. His family joins him, and soon new babies arrive to anchor his claim that he has a “right” to residence in your home.

Calls for a boycott and a public outcry over social media posts left Twelve Rounds Brewing owner Daniel Murphy reeling Tuesday morning as he expressed shock at the instant reaction to his Facebook political rant and concern that his East Sacramento business could be severely hurt.

The New York Police Department is now allowing officers to wear beards and grow turbans in a bid to accommodate Sikh recruits. Sikh officers will be allowed to wear turbans in place of the traditional police cap and grow beards up to a half-inch long, which are required for religious reasons. Police Commissioner James O'Neill announced the new rules that affect all religious members on Wednesday following a graduation ceremony for new police recruits.

Last Monday's assault by semi-truck that killed a dozen Christmas shoppers at an outdoor market in Berlin has inspired European governments to swoop into action. In Germany, the Merkel regime is desperately denying that the country's open-borders policy toward Islamic immigration, including a conscious policy of converting many refugees into truck drivers by easing licensing requirements, might be an enabling factor in the spate of social outrages, rising crime rate, and now mass murder by lone wolf jihadi Anus Amri at the Berlin market. Chancellor Angela Merkel attributed the offenses committed by Muslim refugees to "widespread Islamophobia among Germans unused...

The private Facebook group where the shopper posted a photo of the ornament, Stand Up Minnesota, is an offshoot of Pantsuit Nation, a “secret” Facebook group that sprung up ahead of the election in support of Hillary Clinton. In the hour since the photo was posted, it has garnered almost 100 comments, many of them encouraging people to contact Gertens to complain. Some people were leaving negative reviews on Gertens’ Facebook page.

Another Christmas is quickly approaching and with it yet another round of insults to the Christian faith. Increasingly we are afraid to utter the “C” word in public places, or in seasonal advertising. We wouldn’t want to offend those people of other faiths, you know. Before I go any further, let me explain: I’m not one of those self-righteous fire-breathing religious types who reflexively seek vengeance over the smallest slight. I don’t argue endlessly over subjects like school prayer, or a cross on a government building. I refuse to accept the notion, held by so many, that my religion entitles...

A 58-year-old African-American man was arrested for allegedly spray-painting a “racist” message followed with President-Elect Donald Trump’s name the day after the New York business mogul’s stunning victory. William Tucker of southern New Jersey was arrested by Philadelphia police for vandalizing multiple vehicles and homes on Nov. 9, where he wrote messages like “Trump Rules” and “Black B*tch” on an African-American woman’s car, Philly.com reported. Tucker also allegedly spray-painted Trump’s name next to a Nazi swastika on a storefront window.

A once-common phrase, “political correctness,” appeared the other day on, of all places, the front page of The New York Times. It was a surprising revival. The term blossomed in universities across North America in the 1990s and early 2000s, but faded a few years ago largely because of overuse. Yet there it was, given a vibrant new life in a Times headline: “University of Chicago Strikes Back Against Campus Political Correctness.” While the term “political correctness” has mostly disappeared, its meaning has not. In its best days, it was always an ironic expression of dogmatic liberal opinions, especially when...

Liberals wanted U.S. swimmer Michael Phelps to give up the honor of carrying the American flag and leading his country’s athletes at the opening ceremony for the Rio Olympic games Friday night. He’s the wrong color and the wrong sex. After Phelps was chosen by his fellow Olympians, the U.S. Olympic Team tweeted: But coming in a close second to Phelps in the team’s vote was Ibtihaj Muhammad, a woman, an African-American and a Muslim to boot. What could be better, some thought. Diversity, you know. Leading the pack of naysayers was W. Kamau Bell, host of CNN’s “United Shades...

I have always enjoyed pondering the imponderable. Like, if a cannibal tribe attacks and eats the children of a neighboring tribe, is that meat considered veal? Or, what is there to compare the liberal mind to? (There's no need for such language!) Then Whammo, it pole axed me upside the head, they're just like Christian Scientists. And as someone who was raised in Christian Science and also as a former liberal, the parallels were uncanny. For those that don't know, in Christian Science everything you see is just a false image, seen only by our mortal minds. What we see...

A follow-up to this post. My lovely wife, a Red Cross volunteer has been asked to go to the local public swimming facilities to collect those "horribly insensitive" posters. After all, the Red Cross is made up of volunteers who rely on donations. Never mind the flooding still goiong on in Texas and W Va, and that we're in the midst of hurricane season in FL, priorities are priorities, right? And at least 99% of the donors are either unaware of this non-controversy or don't give a rat's a** or are angry that the Red Cross would shamelessly capitulate to...

If there's anyone out there in the media that is able to get their point across without being shut down by the corporate sponsors and leaders in high places it's Judge Jeanine Pirro. Every week she puts together great opening statements that pull from what Americans are saying around their dinner table and office water coolers. On Saturday night, Pirro went after the politically correct left and held them to task for basically allowing a politically correct environment to grow Omar Mateen over a period of time into the death demon he became last Sunday morning. There is no excuse...
