The liberal Talking Points Memo website, which is deemed a respectable political site by the mainstream media which regularly quotes from their articles, published an article last night that speculated Alaska Governor Sarah Palin resigned because "she wants to spread Down syndrome." Exposure by Free Republic has forced the Huffington Post to take down an article attacking Sarah Palin over her Down Syndrome afflicted child, Trig, within ninety minutes of the offensive article being written about at Free Republic.Clicking on the source link at the Huffington Post now brings a page devoid of the article and headline. Sorry for the vanity but I wanted to vent. My 12 year old daughter is experiencing changes that daughters experience (yes I'm a single dad and this has been very traumatic for me). Apparently those changes can cause your temperature to fluctuate and make your stomach cramp. My daughter was experiencing those issues on Monday and went to the nurses' office at school who in turn called me to come get my daughter as she is experiencing "flu like symptoms and has a temperature of 100 degrees". ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- An ethics complaint has been filed against Gov. Sarah Palin, claiming the legal defense fund she established last week to challenge such claims is an ethics violation itself.

Sooner or later these people are going to realize the constant whining and attacking is not working. The fact that many ostensibly "popular" mainstream news shows are suffering big ratings drops is an indicator that the tide is turning. These poor women don't get that a person they despise is, without lifting a single finger and without the tiniest intention to do so, controlling them. Simply by being who she is, the person they love to hate, Sarah Palin controls their lives without even intending to. How ironic that they spend so much time thinking about Sarah Palin.

You may remember Trooper Mike Wooten from the whole "Troopergate" fiasco, which was pushed hard by the media and the Democrats in an attempt to smear Governor Palin. Alaska Senator Hollis French promised an "October surprise" to close out the investigation and Alaska Senator Kim Elton was later rewarded by the Obama administration for his role as the hatchet man in charge of the Legislative Council that oversaw the investigation.

Yesterday, when I saw allegations floating around the Alaska nutroots blogosphere that Wayne Anthony Ross, Palin's designee as Alaska Attorney General, had made comments in favor of rape and domestic violence, I just laughed and dismissed it as not worth answering. However, Shannyn Moore plastered the allegations up on the Huffington Post, and Sean Cockerham, whose employer at the Anchorage Daily News is always anxious to investigate wacky Palin conspiracy theories, posted on the "story" at the ADN in-house blog. So we should probably do some vetting of Leah Burton.

The meme appears to be they hate her because she is beautiful. I will buy that.

The Palin family continues to grab headlines, and once again it has nothing to do with politics. This time it surrounds Sarah Palin's sister-in-law, Diana Palin, who was arrested on Thursday for allegedly burglarizing a house. Not once, but twice in a matter of days. An offended Chris Matthews, on Thursday night's "Hardball," was so shocked by Sarah Palin's claim that there wasn't anybody to pray with on the McCain campaign, that he hurled multiple insults Palin's way, calling her, "a little scary," and asked if Palin thought McCain was, "the Anti-Christ?" Matthews was appalled by Palin's recent revelation that she had trouble finding someone to pray with before her vice presidential debate and the MSNBC host worried such talk about "The Deity in a political environment," wasn't "normal."
