Three days ago I wrote a piece about the Huffington Post’s exploitation of Willow Palin’s use of a “homophobic” slur. I put homophobic in quotes because the person she directed the slur to is most likely not gay. Teens have been calling each other “fag” or “gay” (and many other things!) for ages.
