On his show Reliable Sources this morning, CNN host Brian Stelter defended Sarah Palin against media coverage of her family’s alleged “brawl” at a snowmobile party earlier this month. “Doesn’t Sarah Palin deserve the benefit of the doubt?” Stelter asked. He began the segment by airing a clip from Morning Joe in which host Joe Scarborough seemed to take a jab at what Stelter called Scarborough’s own network’s “saturation” of coverage over Gov. Chris Christie‘s “Bridgegate” scandal — or lack of. Stelter then took aim at the New York Daily News‘s coverage of the story, saying the newspaper did not...

Talk about stretching your 15 minutes of fame into an hour. I cannot understand for the life of me why Sarah Palin is still talked about, listened to, reported on, or even thought about. The former Governor and former Vice Presidential candidate resigned from office back in 2009 and suffered one of the most crushing losses in a national election when she and Senator John McCain took on Barack Obama back in 2008, six years ago. Yet, with no public office, no real platform, no official position with the Party and no real legacy nationally or in Alaska, she still...

Unfortunately I don't possess the intellectual nuance required to grasp why an elite leftwing journalist would think it was okay to compare a female governor and mother of five to a burqa-wearing Taliban supporter brandishing a pistol. Apparently, Jeffrey Goldberg's intellectual superiority is so superior only dogs can hear it:Goldberg deleted the tweet. He didn't apologize. Because that would be an admission that comparing a conservative woman to a terrorist supporter is wrong. Instead... Goldberg chose to assume the one role the elite media enjoy more than demeaning conservative women - that of The Victim....

Alaska – Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin had some choice words for U.S. President Barack Obama recently, which she posted on Facebook. As reported by WebProNews, Palin offered comments about a recent speech made by Obama, in which the announcement of the U.S.’s plans to engage the ISIS in Syria and Iraq was made. http://www.justicenewsflash.com/2014/09/17/sarah-palin-places-blame-for-rise-of-isis-in-iraq-on-obama-policy_20140917132930.html

So it begins: Panel Urges Overhauling Health Care at End of Life Taking care to make sure that Republicans are implicated, the NY Times hails death of the elderly. “The current system is geared towards doing more, more, more, and that system by definition is not necessarily consistent with what patients want, and is also more costly.” The operative word here is "costly."I have no problem with any old person expressing the wish to be left to die in peace. I have a big problem with Death Panels deciding that death is cheaper than life and making that the national...

For a long time before I became a reporter, I never paid attention to bylines — the announcement of who wrote a given article. That all changed for me one day when I was sitting at Jimmy T’s Diner in Washington, D.C., reading a hate-filled “fashion” column that was nothing more than the projection of angry liberal political views. It was so awful that I wanted to know who wrote it. The author, Robin Givhan, of course went on to win a Pulitzer. I’m part of a profession that rewards liberal political views above most all else. Along similar...

Sarah Palin is not ashamed of her sweat. Former Governor of Alaska and reality star Sarah Palin is certainly no stranger to the paparazzi, but it can be a little rough running into when you’re leaving the gym. But she knows how to brush it off. After the 50-year-old encountered photogs following a hot yoga session when she was "drowning in sweat," she decided to share the pictures herself.

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)Nicolle Wallace told her new co-hosts on “The View” Monday that her relationship with Sarah Palin was “irreparably damaged” following the infamous Katie Couric interviews during the 2008 presidential campaign. Wallace, a senior advisers and representatives of Sen. John McCain and the former Alaska governor’s campaign, revealed Monday that her relationship with Palin “erupted and exploded” in the aftermath of the interview, in which Palin claims she was set up “for failure.” “Our relationship really erupted and exploded, and was irreparably damaged after the Katie Couric interview, in which she had thought I had set her up for failure,” said...

A pair of Jewish travelers stopped by Sarah PalinÂ’s house recently, and the GOP pundit welcomed the men in for a chat. Palin was prepping for a film segment when two strangers, donning kipopt, knocked on her door and asked to come in to kibbitz. The on-hand camera people were able to video the exchange as the past Alaska governor spoke with the pair about Judaism and Israel. Palin remarked on the events in Israel over the summer, saying “itÂ’s not right” and adding “USA and Israel, together. ïŒÂ” The video was uploaded to YouTube this week via the SarahPalinChannel.com...

The story of the birthday bash brawl in Anchorage that took place on September 6 is the stuff that nightmares are made of if one is an important political figure. The story, as first reported by an Alaskan gossip blogger with a known animus to the Palin family, involved a drunken fight involving four members of the Palin family at a birthday party attended by snow mobile racers. The story soon spread around the world, with major media outlets picking it up. But as Real Cleat Politics suggested this Saturday, there are at least two sides to every story. The...

An overhauled The View kicked off this morning with no fireworks, but, of course, it’s only Day 1. The show opened glutinously, with The New Ladies Of The View kissing the rings of Barbara Walters, sitting on a throne, who ordered them to “go out there and let them see why we have the best show in daytime TV.” (Babs stuck around for the rest of the show, looking sort of third wheel-ish, according to a source.) Whoopi Goldberg assumed her long-held position of air traffic controller, settling that question for now as to whether she or Rosie O’Donnell would...

The son of former US vice president candidate Sarah Palin did not start a booze-fuelled 20-man melee at an Anchorage house party as previously reported, it has been claimed. Members of the Palin family allegedly became embroiled in a brawl at a friend's home on 6 September. Early reports claimed that after arriving at the party in a stretch Hummer limousine, the former Governor of Alaska's son Track confronted a former boyfriend of his 20-year-old sister, Willow. A fight then broke out involving about 20 people, leaving Track with broken ribs and father Todd with a bloodied nose. Amid the...

Former Washington Redskins tight end Clint Didier, who is seeking to replace the retiring Congressman Doc Hastings in Washington State’s 4th congressional district, received a powerful endorsement on Thursday. Didier, a principled constitutional conservative with enthusiastic support from the pro-freedom Tea Party movement, was endorsed by Sarah Palin, who said “Clint sees the dangers facing our next generation,” and will “fight for farmers, for lower taxes, and less government.” Didier, who won two Super Bowl rings playing for the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl’s XVII and XXII under coach Joe Gibbs, became a farmer after retiring from his NFL career...

According to the source close to the Palins, that is not what happened. He said that the problem began with Cleary engaging in some unnamed “questionable behavior,” after which he tried to get into the Hummer. Four men “piled on” top of Track. Seeing his son involved in a one-against-four battle, Todd Palin joined in, presumably to get the guys off of his kid. That was how he ended up being bloodied up. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has called on President Barack Obama to “go big or go home” when taking on the “animalistic” Islamic State (ISIS). But in a long Facebook posting, she says that she has serious concerns about whether he will follow through on his promise to “degrade and ultimately destroy” the Islamic State. “War is hell, so go big or go home, Mr. President,” Palin wrote Wednesday night. “Big means bold, confident, wise assurance from a trustworthy Commander-in-Chief that it shall be worth it. Charge in, strike hard, get out. Win.” She posted her views soon after Obama...

On Friday, all three network morning shows seized on reports that Sarah Palin and her family were "caught in a massive brawl" during a house party in Anchorage, Alaska. ABC's Good Morning America opened with substitute co-host Lara Spencer declaring: "One witness saying it was like an episode of Jerry Springer, her kids throwing punches. What sparked this rumble in the tundra?" The song Eye of the Tiger was heard playing in the background. In the full report that followed on GMA, correspondent Paula Faris pushed the tabloid story: "According to the Washington Post, Palin, along with her husband Todd and kids Bristol, Willow, and Track, arriving in...
