PHOENIX - An undocumented immigrant from Mexico has been arrested for sexual abuse. Police arrested Hiram David Giron Rascon, 27, on Tuesday night after police received a call about an attempted sexual assault. The victim told police a man approached her when she was walking in the area of Highland Ave and 24th St. The man came up behind her, grabbed her, and thrusted his pelvis into her backside.
